Deputy Commander of the Libyan Armed Forces, Field Marshal Saddam Haftar, visited the Ras Lanuf area as part of the “Journey of Loyalty,” where he met with the elders, notables, and youth of the Gulf of Sidra municipality.
He conveyed the greetings of the Commander-in-Chief, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, and praised the people of Ras Lanuf for their unity and national commitment.
During his speech, Saddam Haftar emphasized that Ras Lanuf is not merely a strategic economic site but a symbol of resilience and sacrifice, noting its people’s honorable role in defending Libya’s resources during the battles for dignity.
He affirmed that the Armed Forces will remain a steadfast pillar for the region’s residents and a guarantor of security and stability throughout the nation.
