Ground Forces Chief, Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar, held a series of meetings with Turkish Defense Minister Yasar Guler and top military commanders during his official visit to Istanbul, upon an invitation to attend the IDEF 2025 defense exhibition.
The discussions focused on strengthening military cooperation, exchanging expertise, and addressing regional and international developments of mutual concern.
