According to Jeune Afrique, Saddam Haftar, son of Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, signed a long-term military agreement during his recent visit to Turkey.
The deal includes 30 training programs over five years, focusing on drone operations, maintenance, demining, and technical support.
The two sides also discussed organizing joint military exercises and upgrading military infrastructure, as part of efforts to unify the Libyan military through coordination between the eastern and western regions of the country.
