Admiral Shuaib Youssef Al-Saber, Chief of Staff of the Libyan Navy, extended his congratulations to General Saddam Khalifa Haftar on his appointment as Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan Armed Forces, in line with the General Commander’s 2030 vision.
On behalf of all Navy personnel, Admiral Al-Saber affirmed that Libya can only be built and sustained under the protection of an armed forces fully capable of carrying out its defense, deterrence, and security duties effectively across land, sea, and air.
He reiterated his best wishes for Haftar’s success and fulfillment in his new role.
