Chief of Staff of the Libyan Ground Forces, Brigadier General Saddam Haftar, extended his sincere gratitude and appreciation to Major General Abdulsalam Al-Hassi for his dedicated efforts and service during his tenure as Director of the Special Forces.
He also congratulated Colonel Al-Muhannad Al-Shaheebi on assuming the position of Director of the Special Forces, wishing him success in carrying out his new responsibilities.
