Salama Al-Ghweil affirmed that Libya’s reconstruction is no longer just a plan but a tangible reality that fosters stability and strengthens trust between the state and its citizens.
Reconstruction efforts have included infrastructure rehabilitation and essential services in Derna, road network improvements and public facility upgrades in Benghazi, restoration of vital sectors in Sirte, and enhancement of services and infrastructure in Sebha.
Al-Ghweil emphasized that balanced development is not just a vision but an active implementation process ensuring sustainability, stimulating investment, and creating job opportunities—ultimately reinforcing stability and building a strong economic and social future for Libya.
