Salama Al-Ghwel, Head of the Libyan Competition Protection Council, stated that the meeting between saddam Haftar and the Turkish Chief of Staff in Ankara represents a significant shift in Libya’s political direction and signals the start of new regional strategic alignments.
He emphasized that ongoing geopolitical changes in the region are imposing new conditions on smaller states, calling for the establishment of strong institutions capable of restoring stability in Libya.
