The Head of the State Property Authority received the Minister of Culture and Arts, during which a plot of land was officially handed over for the construction of a new ministry headquarters in Benghazi.
This initiative comes as part of a broader strategy to localize government institutions, following directives from General Saddam Haftar to support service and cultural sectors.
