Under the directive of the General Commander and the supervision of the Chief of Staff of the Ground Forces, Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar, agreements have been signed as part of Vision 2030 for Sirte.
The projects include the construction of the “Batal Al-Uboor” (Hero of the Crossing) Bridge in Sabha, the completion of Phase Two of the SSS Road (Sirte - Sokna - Sabha) spanning 182 km, and the development of Sirte Commercial Port, in collaboration with The Ark—an Egyptian company.
