According to The Libya Update, Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar, Chief of Staff of the Libyan National Army’s Ground Forces, arrived in Turkey on an official visit.
He was received in Ankara by General Selçuk Bayraktaroğlu, Commander of the Turkish Land Forces, where they held formal meetings and military ceremonies as part of efforts to strengthen cooperation between the two sides.
