The Tripoli South Court of Appeals issued a final ruling today affirming Khaled Shakshak’s legal status as the head of Libya’s Audit Bureau.
The ruling obliges all state institutions and public bodies to recognize and engage with Shakshak in his official capacity, in a move seen as crucial for ensuring stability in Libya’s top oversight institution.
