The General Directorate of Security Operations in Benghazi concluded its first Qur’an memorization competition, held under the patronage of the Commander of the Army’s General Staff, General Saddam Haftar, and under the directives of Major General Jamal Al-Aamami, with the supervision of the Office of Endowments.
The closing ceremony took place at Zaid Ibn Khattab Mosque, where winners and organizing committees were honored in the presence of officials and community members.
The initiative aims to promote religious values among security personnel.
