In a decisive operation led by Brigadier General Saddam Haftar, Chief of Staff of the Libyan Ground Forces, units from the 101st Infantry Battalion successfully intercepted large quantities of fuel intended for smuggling outside the country, along with narcotics and alcohol.
The operation, carried out in southern Libya, comes in direct implementation of orders from Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, the General Commander of the Libyan Armed Forces, who emphasized the need to protect national resources and combat all forms of smuggling.
This mission highlights the growing effectiveness and discipline of the Libyan Army, especially under the strategic supervision of General Saddam Haftar, who continues to reinforce state authority and secure the nation’s borders against criminal networks.
