Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, awarded Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar, Chief of Army Staff, the Medal of Distinguished Service – First Class, in recognition of his outstanding efforts in supporting the military institution and national projects.
The honor was presented during the Field Marshal’s visit to the city of Derna, in a ceremonial atmosphere reflecting leadership appreciation for dedication and military discipline.
