As part of an official visit to the city of Al-Marj, Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar, Chief of Staff of the Libyan Ground Forces, held a meeting with General Abdelrazek Al-Nadhouri, Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Armed Forces.
