Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar, Chief of Staff of the Libyan Ground Forces, attended the graduation ceremony of the Command and Staff Course at the Higher Military Academy for Strategic Studies in Egypt, alongside his Egyptian counterpart, Lieutenant General Ahmed Fathi Khalifa.
The event coincided with the academy’s 60th anniversary and included the graduation of officers from several countries, including Libya, as part of ongoing academic and military cooperation.
General Haftar praised the academy’s high academic standards and emphasized the importance of strengthening Libyan-Egyptian military and academic ties in support of regional stability and shared security goals.
