General Saddam Haftar, Commander of the Libyan Army’s Ground Forces, held a high-level meeting at the headquarters of the Reconstruction and Development Fund in Benghazi.
The meeting was attended by Speaker Aguila Saleh and Engineer Belkassem Haftar, along with a U.S. delegation led by Special Envoy Massad Boulos and Chargé d’Affaires Jeremy Berndt.
Discussions focused on enhancing cooperation between Libya and the United States, particularly in areas of security, reconstruction, and sustainable development. General Haftar emphasized the importance of international partnerships in supporting Libya’s path to national recovery.
