Deputy Commander of the Libyan Armed Forces, General Saddam Haftar, met with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko at the Presidential Palace in Minsk during an official visit.
General Haftar conveyed greetings from Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar and discussed expanding bilateral cooperation, particularly in military, economic, and investment fields.
The talks also focused on infrastructure, industry, and agriculture partnerships to promote sustainable development and support Libya’s reconstruction efforts.
