General Saddam Khalifa, Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army’s Land Forces under the General Command, arrived in Turkey on an official visit at the invitation of the Turkish side.
During his visit, he met with Turkish Land Forces Commander Selçuk Bayraktar in Ankara to discuss military cooperation and bilateral relations.
