Lt. Gen. Brennan praised the Libyan Armed Forces’ efforts in enhancing security, stability, and counterterrorism, emphasizing their crucial role in regional stability.
Haftar highlighted the United States’ key role in resolving the Libyan crisis and welcomed the strengthening of bilateral relations and cooperation.
