The General Commander of the Libyan Armed Forces, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, praised the quality of the newly constructed administrative complex in Derna, highlighting its execution according to the latest engineering standards.
This came during the inauguration ceremony attended by Speaker Aguila Saleh, Prime Minister Osama Hammad, and Belqasem Haftar.
