The Chief of Staff of the Libyan Ground Forces, Major General Saad Hifter, met with Belarusian Defense Minister, General Viktor Khrenin, to discuss ways to enhance military cooperation and exchange expertise between the two sides. According to a statement from the Libyan General Command’s media division, Khrenin emphasized that the stability of Libya is a crucial factor for regional stability in the Middle East and North Africa.
