President of Chad, Marshal Mohamed Idriss Déby Itno, received today, Thursday, the Commander of the Libyan Army’s Ground Forces, General Saddam Khalifa Haftar, at the Toumaï Palace in N’Djamena.
The meeting focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation, reopening the shared borders to enhance trade movement, addressing the situation of Chadian nationals detained in Libya, and supporting efforts aimed at restoring stability and peace between the two neighboring countries.
