The General Command, through the National Development Authority, has announced the commencement of the Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar Grand Mosque project in Sabha, featuring a distinctive Andalusian architectural design.
The project is envisioned as a new Qur’anic landmark in southern Libya, implemented by an international specialized company as part of the accelerated reconstruction plan for areas secured by the General Command.
