In coordination between state institutions, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Al-Taher Al-Baour, met today with Ali Mahmoud, Chairman of the Libyan Investment Authority, at the ministry’s headquarters in Tripoli.

The meeting addressed several key issues related to the Authority’s operations abroad and the Foreign Ministry’s role in facilitating its work and safeguarding Libya’s assets and investments in various countries.

Al-Baour affirmed the ministry’s readiness to provide all necessary diplomatic and legal support to strengthen the Authority’s international standing and ensure the protection and growth of Libyan assets.

For his part, Ali Mahmoud praised the Foreign Ministry’s efforts, emphasizing the importance of partnership and coordination between sovereign institutions to achieve the national interest.
