Libyan Prime Minister Dr. Osama Hammad arrived in Minsk on an official visit to Belarus, accompanied by a high-level delegation including top military, intelligence, and ministerial officials.
The delegation was welcomed by Belarusian Prime Minister Viktor Karankevich and senior government figures.
The visit aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation, implement agreements reached in March, and activate a joint coordination group to follow up on strategic partnerships across various sectors.
