Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar expressed his deep sorrow and grief over the death of Brigadier General Ali Ramadan Al-Rayani, who was martyred while bravely confronting an armed attack targeting his home in the Al-Khalla area, south of Tripoli.
The General praised Al-Rayani’s heroic stance in protecting his family until his final moments.
Meanwhile, the Attorney General announced the opening of an official investigation to uncover the details and circumstances surrounding this heinous crime.
