Under the directives of Lt. Gen. Saddam Haftar, Chief of Staff of the Libyan Ground Forces, the Department of Moral Guidance organized an awareness lecture at the 604th Infantry Battalion titled “Militias and Armed Groups: A Threat to the State.”
The session addressed the dangers posed by illegal armed factions and their destabilizing impact on national security, while emphasizing the pivotal role of the military institution in confronting these groups.
This initiative is part of a broader plan to enhance national security awareness among military personnel and strengthen readiness to confront all threats facing the country.
