Pakistan’s Army Chief, General Asim Munir, congratulated General Saddam Haftar on his appointment as Deputy Commander-in-Chief, expressing confidence that he will not only enhance the combat capabilities of the Libyan Armed Forces but also strengthen military relations between Libya and Pakistan.
He praised the outcomes of their recent meetings in Islamabad.
