Moscow – Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting with the Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan Armed Forces, Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, at the Kremlin in the Russian capital.
The meeting comes as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen bilateral relations between Russia and Libya, and to discuss regional developments and cooperation in matters of mutual interest.
