RT (Russia Today) revealed preliminary agreements made during the visit of Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar to Ankara, including intensive military training programs for over 1,500 of Haftar’s forces in 2025, covering defense, maintenance, and mine clearance.
The two sides also agreed on joint naval exercises and on developing the military infrastructure in areas under Haftar’s control. Talks included potential purchases of Turkish military systems, including drones.
