Lt. Gen. Saddam Haftar, Chief of Staff of the Ground Forces, met with Sheikh Ramadan Mohammed Jelawi, Head of the Murzuq Basin Council and Chief of the Tebu Tribe, at his office in Benghazi.
During the meeting, Sheikh Jelawi expressed his appreciation for the role of the General Commander of the Armed Forces and Lt. Gen. Saddam Haftar in enhancing security, stability, and development in southern Libya.
Lt. Gen. Haftar commended the Tebu Tribe’s efforts in supporting national reconciliation and reaffirmed the Armed Forces’ commitment to all initiatives that serve the unity and stability of Libya.
