As part of the continuous care provided by the General Command of the Libyan Armed Forces for its wounded personnel—and based on the directives of the General Commander, Field Marshal Khalifa Abu Al-Qasim Haftar—a new group of wounded soldiers has departed Libya for the Russian Federation to receive advanced medical treatment.

This initiative was carried out under the direct coordination and supervision of the Chief of Staff of the Ground Forces, Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar.

The trip is part of an ongoing medical program targeting critical cases, through which successive groups are sent to friendly countries. This reflects the General Command’s firm commitment to ensuring that wounded servicemen receive the best possible healthcare, in appreciation of their sacrifices for the nation.
